Holy Crap, Starcraft 2 Will Finally be Released Soon

If you are like me you have been waiting for StarCraft 2 to be released for sometime. Since I read about it being playtested last year in Korea and then releases shortly afterwards of playable units, screenshots I was expecting this game to be released almost a year ago. StarCraft II is launching worldwide July 27, 2010.

Pinch yourself. Now look around the room and make sure there aren’t any random celebrities embroiled in madcap mud-wrestling battles. Done? Ok, now that we’ve proven you’re not dreaming, feel free to starting hooting, hollering, and dancing embarrassing little jigs, because StarCraft II is coming. Better still, it’s only a few months away. Mark your calendars and cancel your summer vacation plans, folks, because StarCraft II’s launching worldwide on July 27, 2010.

“We’ve been looking forward to revisiting the StarCraft universe for many years, and we’re excited that the time for that is almost here,” said Mike Morhaime, CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment. “Thanks to our beta testers, we’re making great progress on the final stages of development, and we’ll be ready to welcome players all over the world to StarCraft II and the new Battle.net in just a few months.”

One issue with the original release date, you cant download the game online, not at release time at least. So, get it at the local retailer or you can wait till StarCraft II will be released at Blizzard's online store after retail release.

It is time to bring RTS back to the clan and this game is going to rock.

My m8 wants me to get it wen its released, as hes a big fan of the first 1. Im not sure tho, bringing it to aliens and metal spiders aint my thing. COH is still the benchmark to be beaten for me.

So im still on the fence with this title Rolling Eyes
